Hey, I could really use opinions on this from ppl who've used it, since I'm thinking of buying it and want to know if it's worth the money.

I have oily skin and often get breakouts, plus hyperpigmentation and some scarring from acne concentrated on my chin.

Will it cover all that and stay put through the day?
Does it need setting with powder?
Does it look cakey?
