I'm fed up with my split end I want to grow out my hair & try & do this with out heat.

You will definitely need to cut your split ends because if not they will travel up the hair hair shaft thus forcing you to cut off even more hair than you originally anticipated.Yes, you can definitely grow out your hair without using any heat. If you plan on going natural its going to be tough but worth it and your hair will be happier. Just have to be patient. :)
