Make sure you're using antiperspirant instead of just plain old deodorant, antiperspirant actually blocks the sweat and the gross smell. And maybe change what you're using.

I had this problem and I you're like me, I get nervous and since antiperspirant is heat activated (my doc told me) it won't work. I just loaded on Degree an was careful of what I was wearing. Then again I'm not as nervous/stressed anymore. Might not be what you're going through though.

I know it sounds weird but sage tea 3 times a day reduces sweating, the wetness, an the bacteria on the skin that when mixed with the wetness cause odor.

I would say darker clothing so it's not as noticeable and sweat resistant fabric too.
