Anything that you desperately want and feel committed to. Remember that they can take forever to fill in on some folks and the scar could b permenant when the jewelry is removed.

Be aware that certain facial piercings arround the lips and mouth can cause damage to teeth and jaw bone. Make sure its very well placed by a real pro piercing artist. Talk to your dentist befor is getting a labret etc

Oh and eyebrow rings can cause a droop or lazy eye.... I sound like the no fun police but i actualy like piercings and love all of mine. My fav is my industrial.
