Red/Blonde Ombre Question

This hair color is freaking amazing. I have been dying my hair red for years and years. So when it fades it looks almost like the light part of the ombre. Will a stylist have to bleach my hair to achieve the blonde? My hair isn't quite that light.

well I haven't since October. so I think It'll need a boost. its a faded mess right now hah. I love this look tho. think I'll jump on the ombre trend now that my hair is long. Ive never bleached it.
