Hi Syeda, Vaishnavi is absoltuetly right, exfoliating once or twice a week will reduce appearance of blackheads, whiteheads and pimples. If you have blackheads and pimples it sounds to me as if you have an oily skin type so i would also advise using oil-free products and make-up. Whiteheads are very common also known as milia, beauty salons can often provide treatment to remove milia however please be aware that it may lead to slight scarring and this is a possibilty of it returning. Hey Syeda, by the way love your name! This might sound crazy, but it will work...... Do you have any lemon or honey @ home? Get a lemon, and put honey on top. Scrub your face with it, then rinse with warm water. You will get IMMEDIATE results

I agree with Caitlin I just started doing the lemon juice and honey thing and I let it stay on for a hour then after that I wash it off and my black heads have already gotten smaller

Use BHA exfoliant, it gets into your follical & clear out your dead skin cells, so your sebum would not get stuck there & eventually become blackheads
