How can I get rid of acne and uneven skin tone? At home!

I have heard that lemon and honey helps.

I use baking soda and organic honey as a facial wash and coconut and vitamin e oil as moisterizer. I also use sour cream, honey and lemon juice as mask. Will try lemon juice and sugar this week.
