Wow a pro did that? Just pencil it in and don't really tweeze or anything so that they can grow back...I would definitely ask them to give me my money back if you paid them.

I wouldn't recommend penciling them in. Use a shadow that's similar to your eyebrow color. Sometimes pencil can look a little bit harsh, especially if there's no eyebrow there and it's not the look youre going for.

Fill them in with a pencil or powder that's close to your natural colour.
Don't tweeze them or have them waxed until they've grown back completely - even stray hairs, just leave them until they've grown back to as close as even as possible.
Then get recommendations for the *actual* best brow salon in your area and go to somebody who knows what they're doing. I'm sorry you paid for such a shoddy job. :(
