I am having a rough time lately with feeling really low about myself. I'm severely underweight..and it's making me have wrinkles and bad skin so I feel ugly. I gained like 2 pounds and feel SUPER bad about it and wanna loose it back. I just wanna be okay with me :/. Any advice?

It's ok because many people including myself Go through this but it's mentally and physically unhealthy, you need to be a healthy weight and not feel bad about it and try to be skinny,

I would go and talk to a counsellor and a nutritionist. talking about how you feel about yourself It's helpful to raising self esteem, there could also be an underlying emotional problem or even physical. and going to a nutritionist will help you to gain weight healthily. I hope things get better, no one deserves to feel that way x

Savanna said exactly what I was thinking.
It sounds like you are either on the verge of an eating disorder or already in its grip.
You should see a counsellor and possibly even a nutritionist or dietician.
How is your relationship with food? Do you salivate and look forward to eating nice foods when you see them or do you find yourself making excuses to get out of meals, or excusing yourself from the table early? Your body image and self esteem are going to directly impact your food relationship, and vice versa. It's best you get some professional help before it gets out of control.
You've made the first step by seeing the problem and asking advice, your next step is to follow the advice and you can do it.
Be strong. Good luck xxxx

Hey Sarah, I've been in the exact same situation. I can tell you from experience that what comes after being underweight example: the hospital, the drips, the severe anemia, and the many appetite pills you don't want to get to that stage trust me. I know that being skinny feels good, but being underweight is a different story. You're literally destroying yourself. What you need to do first of all, 1. find a support person. Someone who doesn't judge you and will support your getting better. 2. love yourself babygirl. It's hard, I know. But look at yourself in the mirror and say out loud everything that you love about yourself, or write it down and then say reasons why you love them. 3. know yourself, when I first started showing signs of being underweight I was 7. My metabolism was very fast, and to make it worse I had suffered some trauma so I refused to eat. Know what's a play here, your metabolism or just your personal preference to be skinny. 4 and if it's that last one, be aware of you're doing to your body, and start taking moves to fix these things, drink water, start thinking positively about yourself, eat more, eat healthy, do yoga, find a hobby you love and distractel your mind from whatever is making you think negative thoughts. And lastly, see a physician! Make sure that there's no underlying issue here and they will help you get on track. :)

Toss your scale and wear slightly loser clothes to help you stop obsessing about each lb. if that doesn't work you should get some professional help, eating disorders can be thorny.
Over eaters anonymous is actually very helpful for undereaters as well and you may find support there too. Call the regional office and ask them which groups have a fair number of people struggling with underweight issues as well. While obesity can contribute to poor health, anorexia can become life threatening very quickly and damage your organs.

I agree with Loren, Ross the scale it's just a number it's how you feel and how your clothes look on you.. I suggest you snack all day have some org bars and whole milk plain yogurt and still eat healthy foods but not fat free.. Snack through out the day a well as eating normal.. I h e a problem gaining weight too I'm 5'3 weigh 106 and have two kids the only time I gain is when I'm preg (35 lbs) but lose it shortly after.. It's most likely your metabolism.. Are you eating less then your body burns? There's a rule about your height and weight and how much you should be taking in calories.. I don't follow this rule I just eat when hungry but it may help you to look it up online... You should also visit your pc Dr and have your blood work done just to make sure it's not a medical issue.. And see a nutritionist as well..
