Every time you get a craving try drinking a full glass of water and maybe snack on a fruit instead. You will feel full as well as get that sweet taste. Might help. Orrrr just go ahead and have a small taste of what you are craving. That way you won't feel denied and end up eating even more of it. :)

I cannot stress the glass of water idea enough! As someone who is trying to get back to a healthy weight drinking more water (as close to the recommended amount as possible) really helps to cut down on cravings. When I am craving something like pop I drink sparkling water and when I am craving sweet I drink MetroMint water. It comes in flavors like Chocolate mint and Cherry mint. Sounds gross I know but it is really good. Drinking the water does wonders for the skin too!

Not starving yourself is key! Keeping fit also means making sure you are having a completely balanced diet. You are probably craving because your body is telling you it's not getting enough hdl's or "fat". What people don't realize is fat is good for you as long as its good fat. Hdl's are good fats like omega 3's, fish oils, nuts...ect. Keeping a few handfuls of raw almonds on you will help keep your hdl levels of fat up and your cravings down. The more often you snack during the day the more calories you will actually burn. Keep your metabolism moving by munching on some nuts. (Stay away from peanuts) Hope this helps!
