So, I've been trying for a while, but I can't seem to master it. How would you describe how the get the perfect eyeliner line with liquid eyeliner?

Just have to Wing it! Takes practice!

Steady hand and little strokes. And be calm, you wouldn't want zigzag liner because your hand was shaky. Or worse, having to wipe off your shadow because of it.

Make smaller lines and then connect them together. You don't have to get it in one swipe or motion. And take it slow and just make sure your strokes are smooth. You could practice just making lines on the back of your hand with an old eyeliner. That may help you get warmed up.

It really just takes practice. It took me like a year and a half! Just keep at it and you'll get better! :)
