you can do it right away if its done professionally they will know what to do. what is wrong with the color? you may be able to tone it?

they say to wait two weeks but i always fix or retouch my hair if it didnt dye properly..But i do deep conditon after wards.

You can get highlight whenever you want. As long as your hair is healthy. Which in the pic it seems to b. Those r really subtle- go for it.

If the highlights are fresh (on your roots) then the least damaging way to fix them is to have them toned. It would be much cheaper than re-highlighting it.

If you paid for them and just had them do e- they will not charge you for getting more. I never charge my clients if i just did it and they want more. Within reason of coarse. If youre talking within a week or 2 thats acceptable. Any more then that the growth process has begun again.

yes i just got them done yesterday. This is my 1st time doing highlights i only dye my hair one color..I'm just making sure my hair won't fall out doing them to soon but I am going next week again. Thanks Jessica S. :)
