Should I use a facial mask AND my regular cleanser?

I'm planning on using Freeman's goji berry facial hydration mask for the first time tomorrow (I'm very excited!). Should I use that along with my cleanser, or should I just use the mask? I just got Simple's moisturizing facial wash, so that's what I'd use. Would that be too much? If not, would I use the face wash before or after the mask?
