Best Make Up for newbies

Hi there,

I don't wear make up, apart from the odd time I get a spot. I was wondering what tips you might have for thr best brands out there for a natural look. I have my cleanse, tone & moisturise regime, but other than that when I leave the house my skin is completely bare (see picture). And the brands don't need to be hugely expensive either. Appreciate your help.
