keeping it in good condition, with treatments, combing with a wide tooth comb and not a brush when wet, applying less heat, not colouring too often and regular trims believe it or not. also a good balanced diet. these only help to encourage hair growth though, you can't make your hair grow unfortunatly :( ps sea kelp is meant to help too!
