Excedrin makes medicine just for cramps works really good u can find it at drugstores, caffeine and chocolate make them worse so stay away from that. I've also heard milk helps them too but I'm not sure about that one

Full up a knee-high or toe sock with rice, pop it in the microwave for 30 sec- 1 min and then you have a nice heat compress. Put it on your belly and get immediate results!

drink a lot of milk! it will help a lot and wrap a warm scarf around your stomach. hope you feel better hun :)
