I've seen a lot of people saying that gel eyeliner is the best and the easiest to use. What exactly is it and how do you use it? I've never seen it before.

it's basically eye liner in a gel form which usually comes in a pot, like a MAC paint pot or something. you have to apply it with a brush - hard angled, or like a pencil brush. it's pess dramatic than liquid eyeliner, but more dramatic than pencil liner.
some good gel liners: maybelline drama, MAC fluid line, bobby brown

It's a tends to be slightly thicker than an actual gel consistency that you'd traditionally think of. Comes in loads of colours. Applied with a synthetic brush. Lovely precise finish and lasts for ages.
