I've heard that you're meant to use the corrector under the concealer for under eyes but can you just use the corrector?

I sometimes use the corrector as an undereye brightner and skip the concealer if I managed to get plenty of sleep and my dark circles are super faint. I actually have no issue with blending it as long as the area is well moisturized. Then I just set it with powder and I'm good to go. No yucky creasing or fading.
