their pencil eye liner are horrible I don't even have oil skin and it run on my lids. nor do I use liquid foundation. do like there liquid eye liners.

Definitely a drug store favorite! Their lip colors are bright and beautiful! They compare to a lot of expensive brands and are just as good. I use the liquid liners and pencils every day.

I have that same eyeliner pencil and also the white one. They aren't as smooth as I wanted them to be. I think they are ok.
