I really want healthier skin so I've been drinking more water, trying not to touch my face, washing and moisturizing it, and I've also been watching what I eat. But I heard working out helps the skin glow, plus I wanna lose some weight and get more toned. Anyone know any good ab, butt, and leg workouts?

I second the 30 Day Shred. I've never been able to stick to it for 30 days but there are many success stories out there. Just 20 mins a day is all you need! How awesome is that? I also like the popsugartvfit on Youtube for easy 10-min workouts that you can mix and match. Cassey Ho of Blogilates also does awesome Youtube workout videos that REALLY kick your butt. Try her Pop Pilates series for targeted toning on abs, butt, legs and arms.

Try a mixture of workouts to keep it fun! For cardio, try walking, biking, or dancing (Zumba fitness is great because it tones your body & gets your heartrate going!). Adding Pilates to your workout is great because having a strong core is very important, and its an opportunity to increase your flexibility while strengthening your muscles. Something hardcore like ab ripper-X (YouTube) is also really great! Look on sites like selfgrowth.com and livestrong.com for more exercises you can do at home.

You can find it on Youtube, but they split the workout into 3 levels. So basically how you go about it is to spend 10 days on Workout Level 1, 10 days on Workout Level 2 and then the remaining 10 on Workout Level 3.

Each workout is just about 25 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. It can get a bit boring especially when you do the same workout for 10 days but you really do see a diff! Hope this helps.
