Beauty Product Reviews

Works well when new, not so much a month later

I was impressed with how fast this dried my polish. Not even a minute later it was dry to the touch and I was left with a nice shiny nail. However, as it gets older it gets harder to use. The polish starts to thicken up into like a syrup-y consistency and when applied to the nails it ends up leaving tiny bubbles all over and takes a while to dry down thus ruining the purpose of ever wanting to use it in the first place.

Makes my skin look and feel amazing

I went into LUSH for the first time a few weeks ago and within 20 minutes I had a full bag of goodies I was taking home. Among those Items was this Gem. I use it mostly for all over the body but I'll use it once a week on my face, and I can already see the difference. I thought it would be too harsh for my sensitive skin but it hasn't irritated my skin thus far (it's been maybe 5 weeks). I went with a travel size, just to try it out but I will for sure be repurchasing the full-size!

I wanted this to be awesome!

Saw it this at Ulta for 99 cents and thought I'd give it a chance. I had been looking for a cheap eyeliner pen so for the price it seemed so right. I had made sure to pick an unopened one with the packaging still on, because so often when I by things at Ulta or drugstores in particular it's been used. As soon as I got home I wanted to try it out. Problem was the makeup hadn't soaked the felt yet. (that in itself just made me to never want to repurchase) So I left it standing upside down all night to use the next day. When the ink had finally soaked I tried it out on my hand. Instead of being black, it was more of a grey, so of course even more disappointment. The one good thing about this liner is that it lasts super long. I used soap and water to try and get it off my hand and still it wouldn't budge. But other then that it was a total disappointment.

Just Okay..

I like these, I got the 24/7 jackpot set during the last friends and family sale. And they work alright. I definitely use Zero more then any of them. The colors kinda of fell flat for me but I still like to use them every now and then as a base. But I'd save your money. The only one worth buying is definately Zero but it's still a bit pricey.

My Go-to Drug store Foundation

I've been using this foundation for a couple of years now. I like to switch of between Natural Beige (for summer) and Sand Beige (for winter). It always gives me the perfect amount of coverage without ever looking too cakey. It lasts all day without ever getting oily looking (thank god). Definitely amazing value for the price you pay.

Love this

I was at Ulta the other day and decided to pick up Addis Ababa because it looked pretty. I'll be honest and say that I didn't exactly know what it was at the time of purchase. When I got home I tried it on and had no regrets what so ever about my purchase. Not only was the color payoff incredible (straight up fuchsia here), but it made my lips feel super smooth (like butter). At first it goes on as a creme but dries to matte finish (takes probably 3 minutes) but it never dries out your lips. Also, I love the Vanilla scent. Stays on pretty well too, had to reapply maybe once or twice during the day. Great buy.

Use it all the time!

It works fantastic as a base to boost color and make your favorite shadows even more vibrant. This review is redundant. But it's all true! For the price, it is totally worth buying just to try.
