About Me
I'm a travel writer living in the Windy City. I've been in Chicago for two and a half years now, and I love it! Before moving here, I lived a very different lifestyle as a Peace Corps Volunteer on the island of St. Vincent. I spent two years teaching high school literacy and chemistry and eating mangoes, guavas, and bananas from my own yard!
I have sensitive skin, so I try to wear as little makeup as possible. My daily beauty routine is: BB cream, powder blush, a swipe of mascara, and that's it. The one beauty product I cannot live without is Rosebud Salve. I use it obsessively and everywhere; it's great for ragged cuticles!
