Beauty Product Reviews

Amazing eyeliner.

This is great for every day use. You can pretty much apply it with any look, and it works great. It's similar to the Urban Decay 24/7 glide on pencil which everyone loves -- except you get WAY more product with this. This was the first Lancome product I ever bought and I loved it!

Smells great!

I got this as a gift from my uncle two Christmases ago, and I've been steady repurchasing it. The smell is unique, and although it's popular, people never know what I'm wearing. I think it's good for every day.

Makes me look like a cake face

No matter how hard I try to apply a thin layer to look natural, this foundation makes me look like I have piles of make up on. I love the foam, though. It's so hard to go for a light look with this, which really sucks.

Also, when I squirted the product onto the back of my hand (as the directions say), it always ends up flying every where, and getting on my clothes/walls. Not what I was really looking for.

Best drugstore mascara ever

This stuff is great. I found an old, unopened package of it about a month ago in my box of unused make up and I fell in love. I was using Maybelline Falsies until I found this. It really does lengthen and add volume to your lashes. It's great!

Best mascara I've used yet

I've found that I don't really like high end mascaras, but this is great. I started using it because a friend of mine has it, and one night I left my mascara at home. After that, I used it more and more and finally bought a bottle for myself. The thin, curved brush makes it so easy to get into the inner corners of your eyes. It does clump some, but it makes my eyelashes look great.

It's not as great as you'd think

I bought this mascara back in January, thinking that it'd make my lashes look so much longer and more voluminous. I'm half Asian, so my eyelashes are extremely small; mascara is important to me! It dries out pretty fast, and the brush is pretty big so it's hard to get to the lashes in the inner corner of your eye. It's okay, but not worth the price. It's probably better for someone who has long lashes already.

Better than the Urban Decay liquid liner.

I own a lot of Avon/Mark products because my mom's friend sells them. When I first started out with using liquid liner about a year ago, I bought this. I absolutely love it. It goes on so smooth and it's so easy to use, and the brush is super flexible which is great for me because I like to wing out my eyeliner.

Recently, I purchased the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner and I hate it. The brush is weird, and it's not as dark as the Mark eyeliner, plus you get WAY less product than expected. The Urban Decay is $22 and the Mark is $7. The better choice is obvious.
