I received a mini in my Ipsy bag and adore it. It is very pigmented and creamy and lovely to put on. Many other eyeliners I have pick up some eyeshadow and pull on my lid a bit when applying but Urban Decay's goes on smoothly over the lid. It lasts long on the water line as well.
Shimmery
Oil Slick is NOT a matte black - it's shimmery and you can tell if you look closely enough. (It's not so hard to tell that you have to stare at one's face but it's not so easy to tell that it's glittery by just taking one glance.) I really like this eyeliner - it's creamy and smooth, and I can put it on both my upper lashline, my lower lash line, my waterline, anywhere, and it'll last a really long time. I would definitely buy this again (perhaps in a matte black this time.) Love this!
