Shadow Insurance

I choose this over the Urban Decay everyday!

It makes your eye shadows stick! This products doesn't really even out the skin tone too much, but it reduces the appearence of redness and veins, slightly. I've tried the Urban Decay Primer Potion (the original) and I chose this over it any day because my eye shadow does not crease when I have this applied! I was cursed with hooded, oily eyelids and this is the only thing that prevents my eye shadow from slipping off my face. Brilliant product. It will always be in my makeup bag! Xx

I've been using this primer for so many years and I still love it. It applies smoothly and blends out so it doesn't take away from whatever shadow is being applied. The only problem I have it that I've been noticing that it does not last all day like it used to. I usually put my make up on at 5 in the morning and by 2:30 I can see the shadow starting to crease. I still love this product and will continue to use. I just hope they figure out a way to make it last longer but it makes shadows stand out beautifully.

Silky texture

I got a sample of the TFSI with my order of the Naked Eye Collection- which was great because I thought I might need to run out and buy it (I like to use the same brands for eye primer and shadow first, THEN mix and match). The sample is pretty hefty but its hard not to accidentally dry it out when its opened, even when tucked in a plastic sandwhich baggie. Nevertheless, the formula still holds up even when it thickens. Anyway, I've heard so many great things about this primer I was glad to finally get it, even as sample (I was beginning to think I was the only girl on the planet that didn't have this!). Texture wise this is very silicone-y- super silky, a texture I kinda love/hate. I don't think I creased up much, but I have been so often lately regardless of the primers I've been using. Oh well. This primer almost resembles the Lorac Behind the Scenes eye primer. Its too silky to be like the UDPP, which is more tacky and putty-like and Benefit's Stay Don't Stray is wet and creamy, nothing like this one. If you really like that slippery smooth finish this is the eye primer for you. I would get it again, but its not tops on my list, right this moment.

Works well, but not perfect.

I have been using this product for years. I love how it enhances the eyeshadows you use on top of it, but its frustrating how difficult it is to clean up smudged eyeshadow without an eye makeup remover. Though this product does exactly what it says its going to do, for some reason my eyeshadow still manages to crease in the inner corner by the end of the day. I have tried virtually everything to prevent this from happening so now I just continue to be frustrated with it. Its still an amazing product nonetheless

Works great, but creases the fastest on me!

I got a sample of this. My shadows apply super vibrant over them without a base, more than my other primers. However, this also creases the fastest on me and badly. I always set my primer with a skintone color to help blending and prevent as much creasing as possible. My Tarte Creaseless primer and GDE Control Freak last about 10 hours without creasing. I can always use a base to pull ultimate vibrancy. Overall, this isn't my favorite, but works really nice. I've tried a lot worse!

It's simply terrific....

I've tried a few other eye shadow primers but i think too faced shadow insurance is my clearly favorite. I never wear eye shadow without it because keeps my shadow on for up to 13 hours. I have the most oily lids but this helped my eye shadow stay put all day and night. I would recommend it to everyone.

Who doesn't love this?

Hands down one of the best eyelid primers in existence. It made my top beauty products of 2012 list on the blog and it is a reliable favorite in my beauty collection. It was the first eyelid primer I ever tried and it was the first one I reviewed on my blog as wel. It really is that awesome.

I have literally used this every day for almost for years and it is just now starting to run out. Holy value batman. Plus it works! Well alright! Lasts all day, and clearly a little hours a long way. I would say I will repurchase, but I doubt ill actually ever need to!

This product provides all day "stay" power for eye shadow. I have tried other eyelid primers and Too Faced Shadow Insurance is my favorite. A little bit goes a long way so the tube lasts me quite a while! Its worth every penny! I use this product EVERYDAY!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! It is truly amazing! I have been hearing about this product and finally wanted to try it. I loved it because it my makeup didn't crease, lasted for hours and the texture is great! I would totally buy this again!
