for me this primer was a little too much on the liquidy side. i actaully bought a palette and it came with the shadow insurance. i never felt that i really wanted to have this particular primer. i mainly use it for my loose eyeshadows and mix them into cream shadows. that is all i have ever used it for, its actually a good consistency to mix pigments with. the urban decay primer potion is a little too thick for me to do that.

I really love this eyeshadow primer. I bought it quite a while ago and I still have it, it lasts FOREVER. I use it almost every day and I'm not anywhere near running out. It keeps my shadows looking like I just applied them.. all day. Seriously. No creasing, nothing. It's basically perfect. It feels very thin and almost oily when you put it on but it does dry and is the perfect base for your shadow. Also, you only need to use a tiny little dot for both eyes.

One of my top products

I'm a HUGE fan and advocate of eyeshadow primer, I have one from every brand! This one is a stand out, I like its light consistency and of course it keeps my eyeshadow on all day without creasing. Plus it has good packaging! You can actually get it all out.

This was my first eyeshadow primer ever and I have tried a few since I bought that one, but I always end up just going back to this one. It is really thin and watery, but not in a bad way. This is also going to last you FOREVER. It comes with a ton of product and you just need a little dot of it whenever you wear eyeshadow. This keeps my eyeshadow on all day and keeps it from creasing and having my eyeshadow sweat off. So the first time I bought this I had to take it back because the primer was coming out of both ends and I replaced it for another one and when I took it home it came out super watery and bubbly but its all better now and I LOVE this!

Awesome!

I went to buy the Primer potion by Urban Decay, but finally went for the SHadow insurance by Too Faced, and it is really nice! I like the color, it blends very well and the texture is very nice to feel. You don't need much so you can use it for a long time, even if the tube is pretty tiny (as every primer...). It really does make stay your eyeshadow longer and without creasing. Will buy a new one when this one ends!! :)

Its Great

This is a good primer, it does what it says it does it makes the shadows last a long time. To me it dosent intensify any eyshadows drasticly. It really does even out the complection of your eyes though. I would buy this product again.

Love this

I have every UD primer that has come out and this one too. Out of all of them this is my fave by far b/c when I use this my eye shadow does not crease at all, with the UD my shadow creases by the end of the day.I will repurchase and try to stick to this one exclusively.

Not sure its for Oily lids

Ive heard so much about this primer. I am personally a fan of UD Primer Potion, but as a guru I figured Id give it a try and tell you all my thoughts. Its so so. If I lost it I wouldnt cry, but it does get the job done.

HG Primer!

The best primer I've used so far. I don't know if it's just me, but Shadow Insurance seems to go on more creamer than Primer Potion. It lasts a lot longer too. The packaging is just so cute! Yes, I am a sucker for cute packaging. I used to this for the first time a few weeks ago, and my shadow lasted so much longer, and was so much more pigmented compared to my Primer Potion.

I have been using Urban Decays Primer Potion for many years now. I love it so much. I was always interested in giving Two Faced Shadow Insurance a try. I have seen so many youtubers use it and read a lot of positive reviews. When I heard that Ulta was having a sale on it for half off for their 21 Days of Beauty promotion I thought that was a perfect opportunity to give it a try.

I had never used the squeeze tube kind of primer and was used to applying it on with an applicator. It was actually a lot better applying it with my fingers because I got an even application on my lids. I then applied my eyeshadow and liquid eyeliner. I had a full day of work and towards the end of my shift I went to the bathroom to do a check for any crease lines. My eyeshadow still looked fresh and vibrant!

I would definitely be purchasing this product again. I am a bit torn on which primer to keep using! Urban Decay Primer Potion vs. Two Faced Shadow Insurance. I think UDPP is $1.00 more so I might just stick with Two Faced. :)
