waste of money
The eyeliner I received is going to expire within months. Don't know if it's the batch, it is certainly not waterproof and budgeproof AT ALL, my skin is not even oily! The brush does not glide on smoothly or is as watery as my other eyeliners. and the exchange service sucks, it is just a waste of money.
