Love this product
I recently watched a mock MAC product video on YouTube and the person reviewing this product said it was equal to the quality of the MAC Studio Fix powder. I bought this saving a ton of money compared to MAC products obviously, but it's not the same quality. Saying that, I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! It doesn't have as much coverage but it doesn't crease and on my son it lasts all day long. LOVE IT.
Amazing for oily skin!
I bought this powder after seeing all the hypes and for only £3.99 I thought why not give it a try, I own the shade transparent which is literally a colourless powder, recently I have had very dry skin as when my sensitive skin reacts to something it dries out, and this powder clings to dry patches making them look cakey so I don't suggest this at all for dry skin but normal-oily this is so amazing, depending on the look your going for your face can look glowy and dewy with this powder or have a matte finish so totally adaptable to whatever look you want obviously depending on how much you apply, also if you drop it it won't smash (well mine didn't when I dropped it on concrete)
Great Inexpensive Powder!
I bought this due to the hype on YouTube and I really like it! I use it to set my BB Cream and it works well! I usually like to have my skin look dewy because of my dry skin, but the BB Cream I'm using at the moment is kind of borderline shiny, so I dust this on my face and it instantly wipes away shine, it's amazing! I love that it is inexpensive as well! My only complaint is the packaging, I wish it could be a compact with a mirror and all, that would be awesome!
My Favourite Pressed Powder!
This is definitely my go-to pressed powder! It mattify's my skin so well and it blends into my skin tone so easily! I like how it's lightweight and it is true to it's name! Most of my other pressed powders tend to be easily breakable and dull! This one is totally not like that!
I bought this because I have comination to oily skin and face make-up tends to easily slide off my face in just a couple hours. I love that this powder is lightweight, not cakey and natural-looking but it doesn't last very long on my face. I have to reapply every 3-4 hours to keep my face matte. Also, the packaging isn't great. The lid comes off too easily.
This is my other setting powder when I don't feel like using the messier Maybelline translucent finishing powder. I like that this comes in a pan- its thin and sleek, but is still a little clunky in my train case, the packaging is super cheap and I feel like the lid doesn't close tightly/or is broken. I think I would also have liked this powder more if I had gotten it in a shade other than transparent. I think I wanted something with more coverage. I also forgot this is more of a matte powder, which I don't need as much because my skin is not oily- but its good for cutting down shimmery face products or shiny bb creams. I like the smooth texture and its compressed pan feel, and this applies well with the Elf Powder Brush. This is a good setting powder to rotate with the other one, but in the future I'm looking for a setting powder with more coverage/ MSF dupe. Glad to have this around but I don't need it/use it for oil control.
Love that its Rimmel London because that's one of my fave drugstore brands! :D
This has such brilliant mattifying properties, and it rarely needs reapplying. It's super light and silky and it feels so lovely when you put it on your skin. For me, I can use this even when I have breakouts that it doesn't cause me to break out further. It's also great for setting for concealer.
