Ultimate Makeup Base

This eyeshadow pencil is the best base to put under your shadow. I used this under my NYX glitter shadow and it was so dynamic and lasted all night. Love this!

Greasy

I have very oily eyelids, so I thought that these might help my makeup last. I like the bright, pigmented color, and the pencil does blend well, but even when layered with a base and topped with a powder, this smudged up into my crease in about 30 minutes. Jessica's idea of using this as just a highlighter or base is probably a good one, but it's not great for heavy use.

Fun!

Great product and a fun way to make your eyes stand out more and also the price is great! I wear it as eyeliner and it definitely makes my eyes look bigger and brighter.
