Lipstick - Deeply Adored

My favorite color of the moment!

This is my first MAC lipstick and it's even more exciting that the collection was inspired by one of my all time favorite people in history Marilyn Monroe! The moment I saw this on Temptalia's youtube channel, I squealed! I must say I'm in looooove! Since the moment I set my eyes on this color, I had to have it. It spoke to me more than the other colors in the collection. The packaging is so gorgeous and I will treasure it forever.

Regarding the actual product, the color is super pigmented and glides on smoothly which is great considering it's a matte lipstick. It looks like a berry color when photographed on me, but in person it's more of a deep crimson or brick red. It is long wearing and I think it looks great on all skin tones, even super pale skin like me. Another bonus is that it doesn't dry out your lips which is something I've experienced with other matte lipsticks. And of course there's that yummy vanilla scent that MAC is known for.
