Eye Shadow - Amber Lights

Favorite shadow of all time!

Amber lights is a frosty, but warm toned golden color. It is my go to lid color for so many looks! It can be used for a variety of occasions, day and night! It is super pigmented, and from my experience with using on others, it is universally flattering! Also if applied with a fluffy brush, lightly, can be used a great highlight on the cheekbone for warmer skin tones! This was my first MAC eyeshadow, and although I usually swear by my UD shadows, it made me fall in love and realize what so much hype over MAC cosmetics is! I will definitely always repurchase this!

Definitely the go-to gold shadow in my collection. It's pigmented and shimmery enough that, to me, you don't really need a primer and that's helpful when I'm in a hurry. Love Amber lights!

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

Damn, MAC eyeshadows are amazing! They're so pigmented and I really like every single shade! Amber Lights, Freshwater, Nylon, Woodwinked and Club are my favorites! MAC eyeshadows are a women must have.

Super easy to work with!

Love Love Love Mac eye shadows. They are super easy to work with, very blend-able and amazingly pigmented. The colors are so rich and the possibilities seem endless. They are a little on the expensive side, but well worth it. My new current addiction is Amberlights. It’s a goldenish shimmer color. That is so easy for an everyday in a rush all over lid shadow. Some others I love are Humid, Woodwinked, Steamy, and Expensive pink!

Hit and Miss

I think MAC is a great brand with some really good quality products but the eyeshadows are hit and miss with me. Whenever I swatch them in the shop, I'm careful about which ones I choose because some of them swatch beautifully but look rather bad on the eye. I love the veluxe pearl and frost shadows the most, they're gorgeous, and my favourite would have to be Amber Lights.

This shade is so gorgeous on every single skin tone I've ever seen! This golden shimmer of this eyeshadow makes it the perfect lid color for a natural look or a dramatic one. I have repurchased this item time and time again! This is a must for everyone's makeup arsenal!
