So the thing is, nothing can repair hair. Once it's split nothing can repair it.
If it lacks moisture or protein that's an easy but time consuming fix. But nothing repairs broken hair.
I'm blessed (and cursed) with thick very resistant coarse hair. I can bleach my hair at least triple the amount normal hair can take without damage.

But I really don't use anything special, just a good shampoo, a moisturizing conditioner, a deep conditioner, heat protection spray and an oil. I don't use heat very often and I don't wash it very often.

I wish I could say that there's a miracle repair product but honestly the only thing that repairs hair is to cut it off and start again. Sorry this isn't much help, but unless you just mean moisture or protein fixings, nothing I recommend will help.
