Alright so here's a tid bit about myself: I'm 24 almost 25. At one point I was a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Nevada. I let it lapse like a lazy bum. So basically I've been in retail for 6 years. Right now I am a manager at Ulta. I'm no scientist nor am I the smartest girl in the world, but I know a bit about hair and cosmetics. I'm not rich and I'm an advocate for penny pinchers. I have some great advice about high end and mass cosmetics.
