Beauty Product Reviews

I've used Revlon Colorstay 16-hour eyeliner for YEARS until my sister told me about Rimmel's Exaggerate Eye Definer. I've been using it for the past 3 months and I couldn't be happier! It goes on really dark and hardly ever needs a touch-up throughout the day. No smudges, great lines, and is very cheap in comparison to other eye liners out there. To all eyeliner connoisseurs out there, put this product in your toolkit!

I bought the 96 color palette from Target last week (very similar to this one minus 4 colors, obviously). In combination with the elf eyeshadow primer, I was able to create a very beautiful smokey eye effect using the cream color, black, and silver shades. The silver shade is absolutely gorgeous! I have yet to use the pigmented colors, like the blues, greens, and reds, but with what I've seen so far I can't wait to use them. elf is great at creating beauty products for the artist on a budget.

Fabulous!

For the super cheap price this brush is AMAZING. It is my go-to eyeshadow brush because it is a superior blending tool. A must have in your toolkit, especially if you're on a budget.

I've used Mary Kay products in the past as eyeshadow primers, but I have to say that this one is a definite keeper (both for its quality and inexpensive price). The first time that I used it I think I used too much -- my eyeshadow wouldn't "stick" to it and I had to use a lot to get the effect I was going for. However, the second time that I used it I just swept two quick strikes over both of my lips and then used my ring finger to blend it in. Afterward I used three colors from the elf eyeshadow palette to create a smokey eye look (used the elf C brush for blending) and KAPOW! I am very happy with this product.
