Great Curling Iron For hard to curl hair!

I LOVE THIS!

Ok. My hair is extremely fine, and never holds a curl. But for some reason with this curling iron it holds like a dream. I don't even use hairspray most of the time (but I would if I was going out or doing something special). The size I have is the 1 - 1.5 inch. It took me literally one use to get the hang of not having a clamp, and I am not good with my hair at all. Literally every day of high school I wore my hair down and straight because I have such a hard time doing anything with it :P Not with this though. You can get very tight, Shirley-Temple-esque curls with this iron. But you can also achieve casual, natural looking curls, which is how I like it. My hair in my profile picture was curled with this iron. It took me awhile to figure out but this is what I do to achieve curls that aren't as tight: - Wrap a section of hair around the iron but leave the ends out (only wrap the hair around the iron 2-3 times while leaving the rest out). I generally hold this for 7 seconds, and then wrap the rest of my hair around the iron, letting go as soon as I get to the end of the strand. That's all you do. This is really great because you don't have to curl the ends of your hair as much as they're generally the most damaged. This is an HG tool for me, so happy that I found something that curls my hair! I've used traditional curling irons in the past and they just don't give me results. Recommended to anyone! Just watch some YouTube videos on how to use it properly and you'll be good to go.

Great Mascara But can be clumpy

I really like this mascara. It gives a lot of volume, decently lengthens, and separates really well. I feel like when I have this on it always makes me look like I have more lashes than I actually do. It also is good at holding curl.

I'm not really a fan of the bulky tube but that's not really an issue. The wand has the rubber-y bristles (not fibers) and spikes at the tip, similar to Benefit's "They're Real!" mascara. I find that if I don't wipe off the wand on the edge of the tube before applying, this mascara will clump on me. But clumpiness isn't as much of an issue as it is on other mascaras like L'Oreal Voluminous, I just find that my lashes look cleaner and more defined when I remove excess product from the wand, and any clumpiness is minimized. I wear contacts and have had no trouble with this mascara.

Most Lengthening Mascara I've ever used

This mascara is crazy amazing. It makes my lashes SO long. I wasn't used to having such long lashes at all. It isn't subtle, as soon as I used this I noticed the huge difference that I made. Unfortunately I only had a sample size of this that I got with Tarte's True Blood palette, and it dried up after only 2 uses. But I'm still giving this 5 stars. I've never had a mascara make my lashes look so long. It also didn't look spidery, which is something I try to avoid. No clumps at all either. I have to admit I haven't bought this in full size yet. It's kind of expensive; but if you're in the market for an AMAZING mascara, and you love the look of long lashes, I definitely recommend it. You can get by with drugstore options, but I've never found one that compares to the Tarte. I like the look of full, voluminous lashes over long ones so that's probably why I haven't bought this one full size. But for a lengthening mascara I don't think this one can be beat by anything else. Mascara's I've used: Revlon Photoready 3D Volume, Maybelline Full N Soft, Maybelline Falsies, Rimmel Day to Night, Covergirl Lashblast, Covergirl Lashblast Fusion, Covergirl Eye Enhancers (awful), L'Oreal Voluminous, Covergirl Lashblast Length, and probably more that I can't think of right now :P

Uniquely Packaged, Organic, Affordable Lip Balms with Variety of Flavours

These are not the best lipbalms I've ever tried but I still really like them. They get the job done, smell really nice and do a good job of moisturizing. They don't have much of a gloss or sheen, and are pretty standard as far as lipbalm quality goes. I've tried Summerfruit, Honeydew, Mint, Passionfruit and Strawberry Sorbet. Of them all I like the Mint one (green one) the best. It kind of tingles when you put it on and it feels like it's actually doing something. I'm not really a fan of the scent of Summerfruit but I know a lot of people like it. The shape of these is always a conversation starter, and they're really easy to find in your bag as well! Definitely try them out if you're looking to try a fun, cute lipbalm that also works. I will repurchase the mint and honeydew one because I love their scents and that they're paraben free and organic.
