Nice brushes but not all they are purported to be

This set of Too Faced brushes is really cute, has it's own little holder, along with a little card explaining what each brush is used for, and how to use it. I like the softness of the brushes, I like the look of the brushes. I have very small eyes, and very small eyelids. The Liner/Smudger along with the Lid/Smoker I really like a lot. The Crease brush is too soft, and too large for my crease. I reckon not all creases are the same. I think this set would be good for anyone starting out in makeup, certainly not a professional cosmetician. I have always preferred natural brushes myself, rather than synthetic. I imagine I will go back to the natural brush for the blending and crease. If you have large eyes, this entire set is for you, if not, crease brush is useless.

Too Faced Foil Bronze Liner is FAB

I really love the color of this Too Faced Foiled Liner in Bronze Bombshell. I have brown eyes, with brown hair, and olive skin. All the browns & bronze eye liners look real good on my eyes. They bring out the gold flecks in my irises. This pencil goes on smoothly, glides easily, no drag. It can also be smudged if you want the smokey look. I imagine it would work better with the Black liner better, though. The liner stays on a really long time, and it does not seem to irritate my eyes, or the skin around my eyes. It never seems to sting, or burn or itch like some liners can do. I am very sensitive to some chemicals in cosmetics, just cannot figure which one. You will love this item too, you should try it, either in this bronze or the black. They are both nice.

Totally hot colors by China Glaze

I love China Glaze Island Escape colors. The Senorita Bonita is one of the brightest & prettiest vibrant purples you will ever see! The Blue Iguana is an unusual shade of blue, it is bright, shimmery, glittery, yet smooth and sparkly without the grit of a real glitter polish. Both of these colors are gorgeous, and when you see them in the sun? OMG You will never want another purple or blue on your paws or claws again! Now, the 108 Degrees is a pretty fuschia dark pink shimmery beauty too. I love this one as well, it is my 3rd fav of the bunch, actually those are the only three I like at all of this collection. I do not like the orange, green or yellow neons with them. They look like gross jello that you are forced to eat. They are all shimmery, and if you like those colors, you will love these. I like greens and oranges-but these are just off. I have olive-green skin, cannot wear these on my skin.

China Glaze stays on great, when you use a base coat and a top coat along with it. It is one of the best overall pro polishes there are on the market today. They have so many other colors that are unique and gorgeous. You can find all colors of the spectrum, mattes, nudes, brights, neons, glitters, jellies, shimmers, along with their new magnetic line. You cannot go wrong with any color they make. I have been using China Glaze for years, and advise others to try it as well. You will love it as well.

Hard Candy Gloss is GREAT

I have many lip glosses, of all different brands, and colors. This Hard Candy Lip Plumping Serum is the one I pick up most often. It is perhaps the most inexpensive lip gloss, with the most product in the package you can get on the market. I have all the Hard Candy colors, but the lip plumping claim is untrue in my case. I have very thin small lips, and this gloss does give you a little tingle, but no fattening or plumping to speak of. The gloss comes out of package good, has a little doe foot wand, making it easy to apply anywhere. Most all of the colors have sparkles in them, but not the type that make you look like a Vegas showgirl. It is a silent shimmer, more of a shy promise of a sparkle. It feels a little sticky on my lips, but what gloss doesn't? It is no more and no less sticky than any other brands I have used. The packaging could use a little update of some kind, mine seems to unscrew by itself in my purse sometimes. I have started putting it into a lined makeup bag, so as not to ruin the inside of my nice leather handbags. All in all, this product is a wonderful buy, for any and all ages. It is not too babyish, nor is it too old ladyish. It is a perfect lip gloss to me. I LOVE Hard Candy!!

Easiest eyeliner I have used in years!

I was lucky enough to win this Too Faced 3-Way Lash Lining Tool. I was skeptical at first, when I saw the applicator. It looks like some type of strange alien tool! LOL It is the deepest darkest color of flat black, no unexpected sparkles. You may expect ye olde faithful thin brush liner type applicator, but NOO! This new innovative unique wand has 3 little 'tines' if you will. They are pliable, so as to mold to your lid as you line, but not too wiggly, nor too hard either, JUST RIGHT.

I chose to try to dot technique that the directions show on the box. I started on bottom lashline, just pressing the 3 tines in between the eyelashes, and did this all the way from tear duct to corner of the eye. I did not try it on the top lid, wanted to experiment on bottom first, to test if it would sting my eyes. It looked pretty good! I was surprised how easy it was just to press & dot. Simple. I did a little bit more dotting, then attempted a thin line with the tool, holding it sideways to achieve lined look. It did not burn, sting, or hurt my eyelid, nor the inside of my eye. It did not make my eyes water, or itch, as most liquid liners do. I even got a little bit in my eye-with no horrible allergic reaction!

I left it on the entire day, just to see how long it could last. I did housework, washing dishes/clothes etc. I sweated a little, probably wiped my eyes a bit. I sort of forgot I had it on, it was THAT comfortable. I looked later on, when I did remember. It was still on my eyes! It was a tad smeared, not raccoon eyes, or Alice Cooper, just a nice smokey smudgie look. I LOVE THIS TOOL. I only hope that Too Faced will make a brown and a plum to add to the line. I would also like to see some bronze, bright purple, bright blue, olive colors too. You will not regret buying this liner. It is fantastic.
