I was lucky enough to get my hands on this lipstick when my mom decided she didn't want it anymore. Let's face it, the packaging is gorgeous but even beyond that, I love how creamy the texture is. This shade reminds me a lot of Viva Glam Gaga only it's slightly more peachy than pink. But it's a great color to pair with dark smokey eyes if you want a nude lip with a slight hint of a peachy pink shade. I definitely want to buy more YSL lipsticks.

A bit disappointing

The color was a little too frosty and the consistency is a bit too moisturizing. I still am lusting over Lingerie Pink though. :X Not something I feel like I need to hoard.

I didn't really like the consistency although the color was great..
the consistency was really SO creamy and it didn't last for more than an hour or maybe less than an hour..

I once reviewed this product on here and talk about how it was hard to apply..at that time the only color I had it in was Faubourg Peach and to this day I still find this shade hard to work with. However, I now have Lingerie Pink and Nude Beige and I have fallen in love with them. They colors are amazing and the texture is really creamy. However, its not one that I would swipe on my lips on the run -- you have to be more methodical if you want it to apply well. I actually like to use my finger and rub it into my lips in a way, because if you don't I find it sort of sits on top of your lips. Definitely don't put it on dry/flakey lips that need to be exfoliated because the creamy texture does not compliment it well. But other than that I'm in love with it!

Creamy, Nude Lipstick with short lasting time

I love the brown-pink nude lipstick something fierce. Everything from its luxurious gold packaging to its creamy and pigmented, moisturising formula is a win for me. The biggest con for this lipstick would be its wear time. For its price it does have a very short wear time, the longest wear time I have gotten from this is about 3 hours.

Best Red Lipstick EVER!

I got this product for £10 special offer in the Daily Mail. I wasn't sure about it at first but I loved it and still do. I've used this on myself and my clients, it works and wears like a dream. It's perfect for very dry lips as it moisturizes them beautifully, but gives perfect colour for a glam finish. I love the packaging too as it makes it more luxurious and expensive. One of the best red lipsticks I've had by far and would highly recommend this to everyone!

SO SMOOTH

This is one million percent the smoothest lipstick I've ever tried in my life. The color pigmentation is stellar and the packaging is gorgeous. However, it's almost too smooth and creamy! The wear-time of this isn't as great as something like a MAC Amplified finish lipstick, but it's about a dozen times creamier.

Amazing lipstick, very smooth with nice colour. The colour #29 Opera Rose suits me well and it's really worth the money I spent on it. It also last long which is great.

It is my ultimate goal to own every single one of the YSL Rouge Volupte Lipsticks. They are absolutely the most gorgeous lipstick I have ever worn. The creamy texture makes them feel so luxurious and the color pay off is INSANE. My two favorites are the #17 Red Muse, and the most amazing vibrant coral, #27 Rose Paris.

I'm going to start off with consistency. It's literally like swiping velvet against your lips. It's SO soft and creamy and i just love the feel of this lipstick. It feels more like a lipbalm than anything else, but the colour pigmentation is SO incredible! It's sheer enough to be a lipbalm if you apply one light coat; but if you apply around two coats, it's a very rich colour that's good enough for a night out. I don't usually like to splurge on high end make-up, but this gets a huge round of applause from me, and i must admit that it is my guilty pleasure. Make it your guilty pleasure too and pick it up next time you go shopping.
