Like a Pretty Espresso Shot for Your Eyes

My struggle with purple undereye rings and "sleep deprived/new-mom-puffiness" came to an end when I purchased this product. It is so light, so smooth, and so blendable, that neither you, nor anyone else will even know it's there...until you look in the mirror and realize that its light-reflecting abilities make you look ten times more bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. I use it only as an undereye concealer. I know others like to use it as a highlighter, but I personally feel it's too flesh-toned and not shimmery enough for that particular job. Now, does it work as well as Photoshop? No. It's not magic. But I've never seen anything comparable. When our income took a hit, I tried to switch to less expensive options, only to switch right back in a hurry. One word of warning: when you first purchase this item, you'll need to click the top of the pen a few times to get any product to come out. Don't get frustrated - it is in there! And after that first day if usage, you shouldn't have a problem.

WOW

This is one of the best highlighter I have ever purchased. I know the price tag is not pretty, but the quality is! If your on the fence about buying this, definitely go for it!

I love this product and was so happy when it came out for darker skin tones. Really highlights your skin and minimises the need for a lot of foundation.

GREAT For tired looking eyes

I love this product! It wakes my face up instantly. I use it as a highlighter underneath the brows every single day, I prefer it over using eyeshadow as a highlighter! A Definet must buy :D x

money money money - must be funny - in a rich man's world

Bought this duty-free and only use it when my skin is in dire need. It's SO expensive, but oh my lord this stuff is fantastic. Last time I wore it I actually got compliments on how pretty my skin was - score! Highly recommend it if you have the dough.

Amazing, but for a price

For my under eyes... I'm obsessed. Because it's tinted, it works as a concealer while brightening. It comes in handy when you just didn't get enough sleep, which for me, is everyday. i love the packaging because it seems more sanitary than dipping your finger in a pot, plus I love the clicker. The only downside is that is just so expensive.

Not a go-to item, but definitely brightens!

I went to Yves Saint Laurent's website (http://www.yslbeautyus.com) to look at what they claim this product can achieve; they said...
"With a few strategic strokes of this award-winning complexion highlighter—dark circles, fine lines and signs of fatigue virtually disappear."

For concealing under-eyes: I use this product off and on; while it truly adds a chic, bright effect, it does not conceal the purpley shadows that curse fair-skinned under-eyes. For this reason, it does not meet my specific needs nor does it uphold the company's claim; however, I imagine it could work quite well for those with less shadows beneath their eyes, and therefore maintain YSL's description.
For highlighting: This product works wonders for highlighting; the lightest shade has a pinkish undertone with a subtle radiance that creates vibrant, healthy-looking skin.
... But only for a few hours.
I have "normal skin" on my cheekbones, yet, even so, Touche Éclat begins to fade after about 2-3 hours. So annoying.
So there's my two cents; I suppose I'd recommend it for people with shadow-less under-eyes, but if you're never without circles, save your money and get M.A.C. "Select Cover Up" (great for covering circles) and M.A.C.'s "Carefree" Pro-Longwear eyeshadow to use as a highlighter.

My 'must have' concealer!

In my eyes there is only one concealer worth owning to cover up those dark circles- touch eclat! This luminating concealer is a magic wand and I can assure you every makeup artist has one in their handbags! Invest in this and your life will never be the same. If i was on a desert island i would want this with me!

A Magic Wand!

I bought this product a few years ago at Sephora. Works great as highlighter for nose, chin, under eyes. Gives you the apperance of being awake when you've only had a few hours of sleep. This is a great magic wand to have when you're need of a facial boost!

Great product

Although it's not made to be a concealer...it works wonders. It's so lightweight it works well for dark circles and anywhere else you want to highlight without settling into any wrinkles and gives a natural luminous finish so it just looks like your skin is bright. I use number 8 on myself for brighter under eye area. But on clients I love to use #3 first the peach colored as a color corrector. It's pricey but really worth it in my opinion!
