Great!!

I've tried a dosen different eyeliners and I can honestly say that price does not necesserialy equal quality! I have multiple times been able to get this for like 5 dollars (!!) and it is probably my favourite liner. The colour is a lovely deep black and the brush is very easy to use. I love that the brush is so small! I have also managed to go swimming and it actually still stayed mostely on (until I touched it). I love it!!

I can't get it to last.

I don't have oily lids, I use an eye primer but it still won't last. It smudges very easily even after it's dry, even after powder pressed in. It never lasts for me. I'm lucky if it lasts past one hour it seems. I usually apply a fairly thin line to the center lash line of my lid and push it to where I want it with a brush, then press black powder in it to make it last but it doesn't. The powder helps it stick around for a little longer than leaving it as is but not by much. Other reviews say it lasts forever and that has NEVER been my experience with this.

Long lasting!

I honestly have pretty oily lids, but this product is perfect for me! I can use this on days I don't feel like using eyeshadow, and have it last all day! Not to mention it's affordable, so that's a plus!

I've used this liner for five years; it was my first liquid and I still think its a great liner. The color went on as a rich, dark black and had a nice sheen. The brush's fine point and the longer handle made it easy to get to lash line and I had no difficulties applying this. I only needed one swipe to get true color. Once the line was in place, it dried down quickly and lasted FOREVER (12 hours,later, it looked exactly like when I had initially applied it). These have not dried out for me, and the price ($3 USD) can't be beat, especially for the quality you get.

I like this eyeliner, it use to be my go to eyeliner (ive bought 3). It dries a little on the slow side, and after I just put it on I open my eyes I had a black line on my eye shadow, a big downer... It is hard to do a winged eye look with it, and trying and trying with this I still didn't find it very easy, and whenever i would wear fake lashes I had a really hard time getting the glue to stick on it, and trying to cover the band to hide it was also very difficult in my opinion. So i found a new eyeliner fave. I would recommend it for beginners, but you really need a steady hand if your trying to have a really straight line, and for basic looks its great, but this wasn't the product i absolutely adore but i like it .

Cheap & Does The Job!

In short, I adore this liquid liner. I love the packaging, I love the price ($2.99?! Yes please!), and I love how long lasting it is. It isn't waterproof but Wet N Wild does make a waterproof version of this liner, if you're interested.
What I don't like about this liner is the brush. I think because it is such an inexpensive product, they didn't spend much time designing the brush. It's similar to a paintbrush which will allow you to make a thin or thick line. Unfortunately it's quite challenging to create a wing with it. The brush doesn't thin out to a point very well.
I do love how black the liner is and how buildable it is. I do recommend this liner but keep in mind that it is hard to make a wing with it. With practice, it will come easier and in my opinion that justifies me continuing to purchase it. (This is my second one!)

Great Product, Great Price!

As we all know in the world of hair and makeup, some things you can get away with cheap, while others you really must spring for. At the time I bought this, I was waiting to buy my former, expensive brand of eyeliner but figured I would get this in the mean time. This eyeliner is so great, I never went back to the 30 buck a bottle one. The super thin tip allows for optimum design control, and it lasts through my tough work shift. It is now my must have liquid liner.

This is the best liquid liner around in my opinion. It doesn't fade or flake on me and for $3.99 it is definitely a great buy. Makes for the perfect winged eye looks.

Matte...

This product is really easy to use and the formula is great but unfortunately when I apply it to the lash line it starts to sting my eye, for me (but I've tried it on others and it doesn't sting them). But the cool thing about this product is that it dries as a matte black.

Love

This is my go to eyeliner right now. I can't count how many times I have repurchased it. I love the pigmentation and how easy it is to apply a thick or thin line. I also love that it dries to a matte finish. I also think it has a great staying power and it doesn't flake. For me this eyeliner does wash off easily so you don't need to worry about irritating your eyes.
