Love the tingle

I loved the way this felt on my scalp. I love the minty cleaning feeling it does as the conditioner works, that was my favorite part. It did seem to tame down my frizzes - I have VERY naturally curly frizzy hair and this helped on making it easier to straighten.

Tried this product once and never ever bought it or will buy it again. Yes it did leave my hair smoother and shinier but it also left it beyond greasy! It seriously looked like I hadn't showered in about a week, it was so gross. The entire Wen collection left my hair like that so it did not work for me at all.

Love the product Hate the price

I had been using this for awhile after I over processed my hair and it really did help to bring it back to life. I used it for about six months but after a while it just got to be too expense. Also I noticed that if I used too much product and didn't rinse it out very very well that it could leave my hair looking oily. Once I learned what I was doing wrong it was smooth sailing, but in the end the price is what stopped me from continuing to buy it.

being that I have course textured hair I was very skeptical about this product! After I used it a few times, even at the first time, I loved it. This product did not weigh my hair down nor did dry my hair out...even better it really didn't strip my hair rinse! My hair feels bouncy, light, and free lol. I would recommend this product to everyone!

Loved at first, hated after 2nd week

I LOVED this product at first. By the second week I had to stop using it because my hair was weighed down and dull looking. It wasnt stripping the moisture from my hair but it also wasnt cleaning it! It may be healthy for your hair but after a while you hair feels dirty. I have thin hair so this was a very big problem for me. Its also very expensive and requires you to use a VERY large amount of product each time.

Omg I actually saw one at one of those "As seen on TV"stores in the mall just yesterday! It was $9.99 and it came in the same exact bottle as the Wen. That might be the one Emily is refering to. I honestly wouldn't try it. I was so disappointed with the original. But then again, that could b beacuse my hair is so thin and straight.

Its worth the money

After you use wen regularly, you don't have to use it as often. It moisturizes, de-frizzes, and softens hair texture. I used it on my hair after i decided to wear my hair naturally. It feels great on your hair. Yes, when you use it as first it seems like a lot of your hair is coming out. But, hair naturally does this( you just aren't aware of it). After a few washes, your hair is stronger and much healthier. I honestly haven't wanted to use shampoo and conditioner after I used wen. It works for all hair types, so go for it!

Really love WEN

I loveeeee this, but I can't use it as often as i'd like! :(
It's too pricey to use everyday and keep on buying it. I keep it in my shower and use it only for special occasions when I REALLY want my hair to look nice and last all day. My hair get's greasy very fast throughout the day and when I use this it makes my hair seem cleaner a lot longer that using a regular shampoo/conditioner! I totally recommend if your willing to pay the price for it!!

expensive?? did you order it through t.v. special sale at all?

Well my mom bought it first and she let me try it cause i think it was a special through QVC. And that's where we've bought it since. They usually have good deals and I know he's put out new scents and i'm sure on the Wen website and QVC there are good offers to find still. I really think it's worth it you'll really love it :) It's been quite sometime since we've repurchased because it is pricey but I bet they're going to have really good deals going on since holiday season's approaching so keep a lookout! :D

1 step hair care

I received this shampoo from my bf's mom. I had the Sweet Almond and Lavender. I do prefer the Lavender cause it volumizes my hair more than Sweet Almond. I also love the minty tingly feeling on my scalp when I use it. I do not comb through like the instructions told me which I think was the reason why there was a number of people losing their hair too. This shampoo/conditioner is very thick and full of proteins. Is it totally natural? I'm not sure. I can definitely say it's not organic. This does not take me longer in the shower since I eliminated a couple of instructions. The Lavender gave me a fuller look but again, I also have the wild lion mane for hair. It did not tame that. It has the same results as normal drugstore shampoos or conditioners. For my hair length, I also have to use a lot of product so it's not economical for me. I think this would work best for people with normal hair or short hair.

It didn't tame your lion mane??? What do you mean people have lost their hair. christ! that sounds horrible

@Olivia M. » No, not really. It wasn't moisturizing enough either. Air-dried or blow-dried, the results are still crazy wild mane. My bf's niece was using this product too cause both of us got the same present. She ended up with a bald spot though. She stopped using it and thank God, her hair grew back!

It's not all that...

I was so excited when I first got this product but was disappointed. After the first use, the product left a tingly sensation on my scalp which isn't a bad thing. It actually felt quite nice. The product requires you to pump so much into my hair and that quickly emptied my bottle which was not a good thing considering the product is expensive. After a couple of washes my hair felt weighed down. The product is so thick and creamy that my hair started falling off! Save your money!
