I use Veet ready to use wax strips for the face.
It works really well. Gets most hair out, I sometimes have to pluck the pesky think ones but it does the job. I like that I can use one strip about 3-4 times, and it doesn't completely rip my skin off. My skin is very sensitive and it doesn't irritate it. It comes with wipes to take off the thick wax after, but it only comes with about half of what you need. Since I ran out of the wipes, I just use a cotton pad or cotton ball with alcohol to take off the excess wax and it works fine. After the alcohol though, I do wash my face and apply moisturizer so the alcohol won't dry out my skin. Love it, will repurchase again.

I have thick black hair on my legs. And for my legs it worked. No heating, not as much pain. And for summer it helps for the bikini wax. When i went on vacation i packed then in my suitcase and went. And they work!
Used the version intended for face - very good
I have very fine blonde hair on my face (sort of like baby lanugo). It is only noticeable (think) to me but it does cause some challenges with my foundation. I have tried the Oil of Olay cream, other wax strips, but so far these work the best. The finishing wipe is also very soothing. I am very pleased.
