24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil
Created with 50 percent moisturizing ingredients suspended in a sophisticated waterproof formula, this brilliant collection of eye essentials offers long-lasting color and a dreamy, creamy feel when applied.
Brilliant colour range! Excellent pigment in all the colours! Need to work quickly if you want to smudge the colours as when dry they do not budge! If using in the waterline, apply, let dry then reapply for longer lasting coverage. As the pencil is so soft it is not great for precision work!
Nice colors, average formula.
For the sake of full disclosure, I ought to tell you that I have combination oily skin. As part of this, I've found that the skin on my eyelids actually gets fairly oily as the day wears on, so I don't even try to wear shadow or liner without putting a good eyelid primer on.
For those like me, I'm afraid the bad news is that these cute, highly pigmented pencils turn out to have very average staying power. Honestly, I have to work just as hard to keep the color from these UD pencils in place as I do when I'm using good ol' Maybelline or Revlon eyeliners. But, the drugstore brands are significantly less expensive.
Of course, they don't come in all the same eye-catching colors as the UD pencils, so there is still good reason to give these a try. Just realize that what you'll really end-up paying for is the color selection, not superior formulation.
Only one teensy problem.
I really love these products I have about eight of them but I chose perversion because it's my favorite, I mean you can't go wrong with black eye liner. Any way Here is my list of pros and cons...
- Excellent color payoff
- Very rich
- Good color variety/range
- Cute names
- Intense color value....
- Good price
- Good amount of product/ size
- Long lasting/durable
- Glides on effortlessly
- Not very easy to blend...
Overall I lo e this product. Couldn't live without mine...
Best pencil eyeliners I've ever used!
I got bought a set of these as a present for my birthday and I have to say I love all of them! They have some unique colours and others are perfect everyday eyeliners. I use them mainly on my upper lash line (except for the blacks which I use on my waterline) and they're the best eyeliners I have ever used. They never smudge or transfer the eyeliner like some others do when you blink onto the moon of your eyelid and after a long day I can bet you it'll still look as good as it did when you applied it in the morning. My only problem is that I don't use these as much as I'd like because the pencil runs out quite quickly.
Gorgeous shades, highly pigmented, and staying power!
Overall, one of my favorite UD products. The color the tip of the liner is, is the color you are going to get in one swipe of this pencil. It lasts and lasts. It's not smear-proof, but it's damn close. I use some shades everyday and go through a pencil in about a 4- 6 mo. The selection of true-to-color shades is unmatched. Use with an angled liner brush and you'll get the maximum amount of product out of these.
Covet: A wonderful sparkly dark green/teal. It's very true to color, which is hard to find in this shade.
El Dorado: The best gold I've worn yet. It has glitter in it, but it doesn't float around your face like a glitter jar attacked you. It's truly metallic gold and shimmers on tanned skin like no other.
Electric: An amazing bright blue. This color really pops on fair skin and dark skin alike.
Lucky: A lovely metallic bronze. Very much like El Dorado, it truly looks the way bronze does, sparkles and all.
Lust: A cool shimmering purple. Doesn't look like bruising (a problem with many purple liners), and is very true to its color.
Perversion: SO DARK! If you want a sharp, defined cat eye... get this shade! It shows up even on very dark skin and is so smooth! But CONTACT LENS WEARERS BEWARE! Do not use this on your waterline or anywhere IN your eye. The synthetic wax in this shade clouds up lenses and makes it hard to see ( I found this out while driving :c ). It's perfectly safe to use as a liner, but skip the waterline.
Yeyo: Am amazingly bright white. Perfect for your waterline so your eyes appear larger.
Zero: My go-to shade for tight-lining and bottom waterline detail. It doesn't use the same wax as Perversion (likely because the wax in this product is not transparent, making this shade not a dark as Perversion which may use the synthetic wax for it's transparency) so it's safe for contact lens wearers.
