I like this but dont love it. Im not a tinted moisturizer fan. Its very smooth and moisturizing. Tint? not soo much. very minimal. If you are lucky to have pretty flawless skin to begin with this is great. its lightweight and blends wonderfully. I have rosacea on one cheek so tinted moisturizers just dont work for me. I definitely need something with a little more coverage. But i would def rec. this to ppl looking for a decent tinted moisturizer.

I like light-medium coverage for my skin so perhaps I was expecting more coverage from this product. For me, the Smooth Operator acts more like a moisturizer with a very light, minimal touch of color. Packed with natural ingredients, this is great for those "I'm not wearing makeup" days where you want to look slightly polished up.

The great thing is that this water-based tinted moisturizer won't clog my pores like most foundations out there. Depending on my tan I use either shade 10 (conceal) or 14 (disguise) and they both blend right into the skin and along the jawline. I have light-medium skin with yellow/beige undertones. It is a bit on the higher end but the Giorgio Armani Face Fabric costs way more, and I like that product way better, unfortunately. I really wanted this to be my 'eco' alternative version of the Face Fabric.

Perfect Match. Perfect Everyday Full Coverage Tinted Moisturizer

Ah. The elusive hunt for the perfect foundation. I'd say beside the price, Tarte Smooth Operator in facade is 99.9% the best everyday face product I've ever tried. Usually tinted moisturizers are too sheer for me, but this is more of a full coverage tinted moisturizer which I love! The formula is smooth and creamy and dries naturally on the skin...you don't even feel like it's there. I never break out from this product and it comes off easily with a cleansing oil or exfoliator. I love that it has SPF 20 (even though I still wear SPF under, it's nice to know that I get some extra protection). I also love that it has “good for you” ingredients, even though I'm not quite sure how effective they REALLY are. It just feeds my inner eco-goddess :)

Agent 02 (Formerly the shade named Facade) is a PERFECT match for my skin. I'm Fair-light with peach beige undertones and the undertones match perfectly.

I will be sad if this ever gets discontinued and will stock up with 15 tubes!
