Ride or Die Liner.
Doesn't smudge, run , move or fade. I like the shape of the applicator and that they don't dry out as quickly as other products I have used.
The lid is something Stila should be proud of - it doesn't pop off in your makeup bag and it actually pushes the foam tip into the product every time you close it.
All the colours are intense and stay that way . You need this for your personal collection!
Easy to apply, makes me cry.
I have an insane case of the jitters in the morning because I'll have went so long for coffee. I prefer felt-tipped liners as they are so much easier to control. I loved the effect of this liner, but after an hour or so it would just flake off of my eye and into it so I was constantly teary and red-eyed. It wasn't worth it as I've found similar liners from the drugstore that didn't end up hurting me.
My HG Pen eyeliner
This is what I take with me on trips since it's so portable (unlike a gel where you'd have to carry the brush with you). It is a very intense black. I usually put my UD Primer on then a base eye shadow then this... and it does not budge AT ALL. Love it!

This is the BEST liquid eyeliner I have EVER used! This stuff doesn't move or smudge and lasts all day till you take it off! The tip is great for application and for creating either the thinnest line to the thickest which is great if you want to do winged liner like I do. The precision on here on the felt tip is what makes it more superior to other liners and for $22 this is much better than one I tried from a designer brand as a sample which the full size was an outrageous size.

the best eyeliner out there! It doesn't smudge, easy to use, and last for months. well worth the money :) i haven't had any luck with eyeliners until i met this product. i love it!

I have never been exceptional when it comes to applying eyeliner....especially a LIQUID. But this allows to me to apply with ease. I use it for only the top of my eye. But its always a perfect line and less errors than the typical liquid liners. A baby can do it!
My fav liquid liner
This liner is true to its description. It doesn't budge, even in humid weather, and is easy to apply. What I love most about it is the color. The black shade is a true carbon black and looks great complimenting a smoky eye or by itself.

Ok so I haven't used liquid eyeliner in ages. Mostly because they came off easily, smudged, and applying it was a nightmare! But this eyeliner is amazing! Stays on all day until I wash it off, doesn't flake, easy to apply and I don't have to worry about smearing even if I cry! Really love this!

Ok so I haven't used liquid eyeliner in ages... Mostly because in the past they never stayed on, smudged, flakes, and became a giant mess... And applying them was a nightmare as well!! But this eyeliner has not disappointed. So easy to apply, lasts all day until I wash it off and I don't have to worry about smudging even if I cry! Really love this.
