Matte Without the Powder
This is the holy grail for me. I've been trying to find a product that would:
1. Control my crazy T-zone (combination skin go!)
2. Moisturize my skin, especially my desert dry cheeks
3. Make me look matte during the day even if I forget to use blotting paper
4. Minimize the giant pores on my forehead
One of the sales associates at Skinfood recommended this product to me. The sake is supposed to help balance the oils in your skin while the silica fills in your pores. From the look on my face she could tell I wasn't believing her pitch. She gave me about three days worth of samples to try at home. Sure enough I came back the following day with a NEED to buy two bottles. A miracle in a bottle! This serum lasted almost all day at work (office environment). This also saves me from buying blotting papers in bulk. Thank you, makeup deities, for blessing me with this wonderful product.
I would recommend putting this on after you wash your face for maximum effect.
