Sally Hansen Hard As Nails
It Does The Job
I can say that this product does harden the nails, but getting it to last is very tricky. Because the polishes consistency is already thick it thickens a lot quicker and is hard to maintain. It is also very easy to create bubbles. I have yet to figure out exactly what can be done to fix these issues, but getting this product isn't too much of a risk considering the price if you want to try it.
LITERALLY CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT!
I can't stress how good this stuff is! I never, ever do my nails anymore without two coats of it underneath and as a top coat. It really helps because my nails are so long they are prone to breakage, flaking and spltting at the sides and with this on it never happens, even with a really cheap, not so great polish on top or by itself on natural nails!
In this photo, I used this as a base coat & topcoat on every finger apart from my thumb, which I used a Revlon top coat on. I had it on for a week & a half and as you can see, none of the nails I used Hard As Nails on have chipped except my thumb! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves nail art or just a high-shine, chip free finish.

Shiny
I too like that it's shiny because I hate painting my nails because I get the paint all over the place, but I'm trying to preserve my nails for the rest of the week for my birthday mani/pedi and this does the job of preventing chipping!
Great base coat
This product is great for both standalone and base coat use. Applied on its own, it gives nails a moderate gloss and stays on for 7-10 days without chipping. Used as a base coat, it improves the durability of main color. It does make nails harder when it's on, but once cleared off, the nails seem to return to their normal state.
I love this nail polish for just a natural look. Gives it great shine and last a long time without chipping. My nails are hard and healthy after 15 years with acrylics on :)
OK THIS PRODUCT IS ALL I USE TO MAKE MY NAILS GROW LONG AND PRETTY.... I USE IT AS MY BASE COAT. I APPLY IT ON TOP AND UNDER MY NAILS SO THEY STAY STRONG.... AND I ALSO USE IT AS MY TOP COAT TOO!!!! I LOVE THIS POLISH!!! I BY BOTTLES AND BOTTLES OF THIS STUFF!!!!

I didn't see a Change
When I first saw this, I thought it would be good. It was the cheapest Nail strengthener out there so i decided to try it. I used it for a month or two but didn't see any changes to my nail strengthener or growth. I like how it gives your nails that perfect shine but if your looking for a good nail strengthener, this isn't the one.
My Go-To Polish
I have been in love with this since I was 12. It looks great on natural nails. It comes in different tints which are great for french manicures. I love to swim and we all know water and chlorine can make your nails weak and this product is a miracle worker for that.
Pretty Good
I like this when it is on it's own the best. It adds a nice shine but looks natural. I didn't feel like it helped my actual nails, as i did not see a change when it is not on but i works well while applied.
