I love the softness of this brush! Actually of the real techniques brushes are soft.
I was concerened about the size, I thought it was kinda big to be a blush brush especially because I'm used to using angeled brushes. But the tapered tip of this brush gives precision. So it works wonders for contouring.
But it's kinda difficult to blend the product you can use the sides of the brush but doesn't blend as good job.
This brush is almost foolproof...I recommend to everyone in earshot. Its soft and because it is tapered it blends products so effortlessly. It makes my job so much easier.
This is a big mamma jamma!
I have used it for blush applications and it worked fine. I only use this brush for blush if I'm swiping on one quick color with no additional blending.
I find that this brush works great for applying powder to my T-Zone. I use a different powder on my T-Zone vs the rest of my face and the slightly tapered end works great for this area.
As with all of the R.T. brushes, you are getting a high quality brush with very soft bristles and a wide-bottomed handle. It takes up alot of space in the make-up counter, but is easy to keep on the counter while applying makeup.
I really like this brush.
This brush is so super soft I love it. It is not great for applying blush b/c it doesn't seem to pick up enough. It's pretty big so I end up getting blush all over my face :\
For bronzer I love it though! It picks up just enough bronze to give my face a sun-kissed glow. I also found that as I washed it the dome shaped end got less dome-like. It's not very round but fluffy :)
Love, love, love it!!
As you can probably tell, I have fallen in love with this blush brush and it has now become a staple part of my brush collection. The softness of the bristles is surprising and although it seems like it is quite a large brush, the tapered shape of teh brush allows for direct application to the required area and blending where required. I use this brush for both bronzer and blusher (not at the same time of course) but it works for both!

Okay, so I am with a blog called Emilyreviews.com and I had recieved this brush for a review. Let me just tell you I wasn't expected to like it, because usually I do not like brands I never hear of, but this thing is AMAZING. It applys my blush amazingly! Now you might think that because it is so big, it can't be a blush brush. But only the top of the brush is actually in works. It is amazing, and will never go back to any other blush brush again!
Love this brush
This is a quality brush. It is super soft and does not shed at all. It's got a great shape, slightly more rounded than a tulip head brush, but still very multi-purpose. It's got a slightly pointed tip so you can definitely use it for blush, but also for contour and/or highlighting. It is a sizeable brush though, so if you wanted to use it for all over powder, it would be great for that as well.
The handle has a flat bottom, so this brush will actually stand up on its end with little effort.
Overall, great brush, well worth the price!
I am a huge fan of the Samantha Chapman brushes, I have a few of them and this blush brush was my most recent one. I am the least impressed with this brush, I personally find it doesn't work well for applying blush at all. I thought it would be amazing considering the shape of the bristles and the quality of the other brushes from this line I have tried, but this one just doesn't pick up any product or apply it. It's still a great brush but it doesn't work for it's main purpose, which is blush. I was very disappointed, but this brush can still be used for other purposes so it's not a horrible product :)
perfect for powder
This is the the one and only brush i grab to set my foundation and finish my makeup. It is very soft easy to handle and it just makes u feel so so pretty. I do feel that it is to big for me as a blush brush and does'nt deliver my desired look as far as blush goes but as a powder brush its perfect. I wont use anything else to set my look but this brush.
