Good for short time

I used these supplements after a few months on steroids. I was very bloated, in just a week of taking them I was down 7lbs....I used the entire box and lost 15lbs....once I was back to my normal weight i didn't lose anymore but these supplements were the reason I was able to get rid of that horrible steroid bloat. I am a small framed person in the 120-130lb weight range and my situation was unique with using them. I can only speak on my use, but I've used most of the supplements Dr. Perricone has come out with and they are all good.
