MUST HAVE!
Ok, so I have been using this pencil for over 10 years. I apply my eyelid primer first, then apply the pencil all over my lid. This pencil makes my eyeshadow colors POP!! I highly recommend this pencil if you really want to intensify the color of your eyeshadow. One of my favorites!
