Just a splash
No cotton, just a nickle sized amount in the palm of your hand and splash on like after shave. As with all Obagi, a little goes a long way. Your skin will naturally go to a balanced ph within 10-15 min., but most of us don't have that kind of time. Again, step two is for prep.
